What will I do with Jesus?

Mar 2, 2025    Pastor Jacob Gray

In this powerful message, we're challenged to examine our hearts and our relationship with Jesus. The sermon centers on Mark 15, where Jesus stands before Pilate, remaining silent in the face of accusations. This silence, we learn, can be as miraculous as His words. We're reminded that hardening our hearts against God's truth is a dangerous path, one that the religious leaders of Jesus' time took. Instead, we're called to be like Stephen, who even in the face of death, forgave his persecutors. This teaches us the importance of forgiveness and turning the other cheek in our daily lives. The message emphasizes that our primary role is not to convict or save others, but to point them to Jesus. We're encouraged to wait on the Lord's timing, understanding that sometimes God works in silence, and other times through His spoken word. Ultimately, we're reminded of the unapologetic truth of who Jesus is - the King of Kings - and challenged to consider what we will do with Jesus in our own lives.
